Every Angle Inc. specializes in both new commercial and mixed-use construction, as well as Historic renovation and rehabilitation. EA has had the pleasure of renovating many of the buildings in our hometown of Marshall, NC. EA has worked closely with the National Park Service, The National Trust for Historic Preservation, and NC Preserve on several projects on the National Historic Registry.

The Capitola Mill renovation transformed the Capitola Manufacturing Company Cotton Yarn Mill into 18 luxury apartments and approximately 13,000 square feet of mixed-use commercial space including 11 office suites/studios and 3 flex spaces. EAI also designed and built the spa and lounge. This building is listed under the National Register of Historic Places.

The Story Print Building is a historic building on Main Street in Marshall. It was the home of the town printing press. After being shuttered for decades, EAI designed and executed a complete renovation of the building, creating two luxury apartments over a large commercial space, now home to Mal's bar.
